@Liz
So, because you can't read that the price was for a pack of cigarettes and not a carton. You'll use a different site?

The cost of cigarettes on your site says it's $10 a carton I had to look that up and the actual cost is on par with the rest of the world a little higher the cost is actually $88.19 that's a huge difference. Looks like some of the costs were guesses instead of real costs..I could go on and on....Unfortunately I came to see real costs, so I'll check other websites..

Cost of living and housing cost have increased across the board in the US. A home that used to be 150,000.00 a year ago is now $300,000.00. The price of land has increased as well as more & more people seek to move away from the larger cities. It’s unbelievable

I have always wanted to live and enjoy the best part of my life there, my last 50 yrs. Yes, I’m one of “those “ people that watch all the Alaska shows I could. But looking today, the cost has gone up 100-150% in the past 6-8 months, and some of the SAME houses were still for sale but, much more expensive. Can someone PLEASE tell me why? Here in Arkansas the cost went way down 9-12 months ago and now barley starting to going up Due to no supply but, HIGH demand. Mine is worth about $169;00 1250 sg ft. Which is very good for a 25 yr. old on a big corner lot. This is a big college town and they are building for them not families.
I want to come out and get hooked up with a realtor that will show me houses after sending me info on a BUNCH. Areas I’m thinking—Homer—Kachemak Bay-Fritz Creek-(Anchor Point-Nikolaevsk)MAYBE if the same realtor serves those areas.
Any info regarding this would be greatly appreciated. Just send me an e-mail.
